Stop on in for a cup of coffee!

When my wife first went into a restaurant down south and ordered iced tea she didn't realize it's sweet tea unless you ask for unsweetened. She just about drown me when she spit it out at me. I do like sweet though.
 
I like me some sweet tea every now and again, but only have a few glasses a year. I haven't put anything in my coffee in years, unless it's terrible and I have to drink it. Olestra made me stop putting anything other than real, pure, sugar into a liquid.
 
I sat and enjoyed a 2 cups this morning before anyone else was up, peaceful, quiet time. I hope you all had a Merry Christmas

Most restaurants around here will ask. One that I used to go to a lot made a picture for a buddy and I of half and half every time we went in there. They've been closed for nearly 6 months for remodeling and I'm going nuts lol.
 
Fufu has made way for a nice beer to finish off my day. Now we are searching for new shows to record on the DVR, what a wild life we live!
 
Had 2 cups to start the morning, then we went and looked at 3 houses. We are going to take the plunge into being home owners again. We have been renting for the past 12 years so it will be a change. The house we really like someone else put in a offer and it's been accepted, but it's contingent on the sale of their house. If my offer is excepted they get 72 hours to either step up and get a second mortgage or walk away. I am hoping their deal falls through.:D
 
Done with my Pp for the morning, shortly I will venture out to uncover the truck. we've had a typical Oklahoma winter weather weekend. Tornadoes, snow, hail, and ice all in a 24 hour period. This morning's temp was 15.
Supposed to hit 50 today.
I need to run and get treats to give meds to a sick dog. Then remove the battery from our convertible.

2 car on the house, but a separate 30x40 pole building with a wood stove.
If this deal doesn't work, we will look at another house that would have a pole bulding also. The house is smaller but the building is bigger 36x63:D
 
Killed half the pot this morning and still house shopping, my wife looks on Zillow and when she finds something interesting then she shows me.
 
Just finishing my last cup this morning. Thought I'd stop in. I am usually on FABO moderating in the morning but the site and FBBO is down. I just started a pot of ham and bean soup. It should be good for supper.

That's dinner tomorrow, goes down so nicely in winter months. Start the beans soaking tonight.
