When did they do away with the in-dash shifter?don't know why the bush primer jobs , its all original sheet metal . it even has the glove box liner and an early reg card

I missed the paddles pedal. After blowing up the picture, I see it.I thought that was only for the automatic.
That would be interesting to see. But really I thought it was an automatic. That metal pedal blended right in with the floor.well my 64 d100 is push button shifter (note i've added park to my pb shifter , 65 for sure was cable shifter tranny still , but there is a version that used dash mounted shifter with a cable to the mechanical trans linkage .
