It is starting

Made another propane bottle run today. Last bottle filed was still half full. 20's at night will be the norm by the weeks end with highs in the 40's.
I will change tractor oil in the spring.

Yeah, summer has left the building. 50's and windy the last few days. Today we switched to rain, at least there's no wind. But I'll gladly take the rain vs what we could be getting. The weather terrorists have been saying we will get hit with a big storm, but they haven't been very accurate, thankfully.

Rain stopped about four. Wind started blowing about 7. Sounding like the wind is supposed to stick around.
Sunshine in the morning will be welcomed, but colder weather is coming with it.

Haha, I should have stepped away from the door, we have wind still. No wonder they placed a bunch of wind turbines around the area.

Rain on and off the last few days, rain and snow mix today. I have to get the plow truck ready before we get a lot of the white stuff

I hope only to see white stuff on the mountain tops again this year.
Tractor is already for snow duty with the blade and one with a bucket and chains. But I won't be using either.
Maybe next year I will sit in the cold and snow. But that's a whole year away.

I hope you all had a good Thanksgiving. The temps are down to normal November, 30's today, 20's overnight.
Monday night on the way home it was raining and very dark. Out of the ditch came a deer, and I smoked it hard with the Colorado. I am waiting to hear from the insurance company now

It has been could and windy. Temps only in the 20's and with wind chill, temps in the teens. A warm up is supposed to be coming next week though with temps in the 40's. It was snowing and blowing Wednesday night. Wind gusts over 40

Our lowes have been in the 40's. Burr that's cold. Around the 70's in the day time. It doesn't take long for the temperature to drop when the sun goes down.

Got down to five below the other day, and windy to boot. We got some freezing rain today, sure makes a small town slower when none needs to go anywhere. 30's tomorrow and the next day, then back into the 20's.
