Ha, fun wasn't the word I first thought of. I have a plan...truck is an old heating and cooling truck and the rust is an air vent so... might just cut out the bad and bend up some sheetmetal into a nice stiff piece of ductwork and weld it in nice and tight. Not going for factory, but a truck that lived around sheetmetal should have a lil on it.Good way to get wet feet. That's going to be a fun fix.
I had them go from .030 to .060 over to clean up some scratches and had them hot tank it while it was there. Since there was no assembly needed I think it got bumped up.What did the machine shop do to the block?
