Titles can be had, may be slow, but you can get one. A friend got a binded title in Illinois, three years and the title is clear. Here in Minnesota, you have to have the car inspected, not sure all what is involved, but again, I could get one.

it does have some rusted out areas floors in the cab and the bed floor it history . but she's petty blue thats got to count for something , right . lol !
