Ram Man disk break conversion for 1966 Dodge D200

I purchased this disk break conversion kit from a dude online called The Ram Man. The instructions leave a lot to be desired though. Most of the way through the process but now reaching a point where my buddy and I are unsure what to do, and The Ram Man has been difficult to reach.

Wondering if there is anyone out there who has done this who might entertain a question.
