Hello, Just bought a’71 Dodge aventurer
D100. 318, manual transmission. Factory A/C. Trying to sort out the registration now.purchased in PA.
Newyork wants the title to be notarized which I did not know. So postponed registration.

welcome , great looking pu , i've got a few of these d series , i currently drive a 61 d200 with a flatbed . just did the seat n headliner last year , it a driver in process . it just turn over a 100k .

Well got the registration sorted it was easy course five minutes of actual office time and five dollar bill to get it done. I think it was a 2 1/2 hour round trip not too shabby. I’ve driven the heck out of the truck already and kind of enjoy it. Needs a few things, of course leaky brake line tranny’s gotta be topped off probably will repack all the wheel bearings. I will look into converting the AC system over to R134 and it currently doesn’t work so there’s that. Otherwise, the only significant rot is just on the front of the hood above where the latch was. I’ve heard that they make replacement panels for that.
 
i used a12 in this duster conversion , r134 needs special fittings and seals . a12 is used in tiki torches company was duracool i believe . they still sell these cans on ebay . i had 52 degs coming out the vents at idle .
