It was a nice day out and I got the remaining leaves out to the dump, we got the outdoor stuff out of the garage, trampoline set up for the granddaughters, and the dog is getting better at hanging around, and listening when we call her back.

She's a good dog, and Laura finally caved to letting her stay out in the house by herself. Sophie had been reluctant to go to her kennel when I would go to bed, so I told Laura to give her a try. Since we got this dog, she has hated anything we gave her as a bed. We tried again, and got one the other night. Sure as shit, she started chewing on it. We yelled at her right away and and anytime she tried again. Been a few days, and I think she likes it.

Real scorcher yesterday, got up to 81. While the well guy was here plumbing out our well I spent some time in the garage finally setting up my filter system for the air compressor. Today I get to do some actual cleaning. Now that I look at it, why do we have so many freakin coolers!? Could save so much space without em

You have a picture of the filtration system for the air compressor. That is something I need to. The most that has every gotten accomplish is a cheap moisture separator & oiler for the air tools.

She does appear to be quite comfy. I felt sorry for Tanner our yellow lab the first winter we had him and bought a bale of straw for his two room dog house. He cleaned house and the straw ended up out side on the ground. We decided he did not need anymore luxurious living. If a two room insulated dog house with full porch is not luxury enough.

Ice out on Storage Lake! Not sure if it was yesterday, or when, but the ice is gone. I'm going to swap cars sometime in the next couple of days. The gray car needs brakes, so I'll tinker with the black car and get rid of my horrible tune up. Rear springs will get ordered, and hopefully a front end kit in short order. I'd rather have a car that I can drive safely while I wait for parts. Wearing shorts from now til as late into fall as possible.

Was mid 70's here yesterday started kicking ass on the grounds. Never enough time for sure. The daughter is getting married in two weeks and wants pics in front of the house!

No pictures yet, but nothing too adventurous. Just a few things from harbor freight. I didn't wanna be gluing and setting solid piping, so I'm just using basic air hose and running it along the backend of the wall. I'm using 2 squares of sheet aluminum, drilled a hole just big enough for the NPT threads, got a few screws and mounted the plates over the hole I drilled in the wall (one plate needs to be big enough for the threads, the other plate and the hole thru the wall big enough for the hose diameter). Just ran the threads thru the hole in the plate and tightened the qdc fitting on it (might need a couple washers to shim it).

* 21 gal. 2.5 HP 125 PSI Cast Iron Vertical Air Compressor
* 3/8 in. x 8 ft. - 15 ft. Rubber Air Hose Remnant
* Mini Air Line Filter < *This air filter doesn't come with a bracket so you'll have to make one yourself

The 4/20 holiday is every day! It just gets it's very own day for posterity. I'm sure the sweatshirt is from the town of Weed. :drinks:

It hit 84 here yesterday and it was hot! Went to the storage unit and tried to get the Polara 500 home, but she wasn't having anything to do with helping. More no start issues. I'm going to try swappng in a different harness I have laying around.

So in the meantime, I got the '68 Monaco 500 started and took it out for it's maiden voyage. Plenty of work to do, but it might be my driver for th foreseeable future. It will cost me about the same, so as long as I have a C body to drive, I won't lose my mind. The truck is patiently waiting for me, I hope it sees some love this year. But it's fate is not in my control. Life issues are at the forefront and the cars may suffer some attention deficit this year.

This was me playing around the other day, a look into the future.

64 yesterday, 70's today, and 80's tomorrow. I'm ok with that.

Update: only 60's with rain tomorrow. Free car washes!
