Working on an 01, F-250 four wheel drive with 395,000 plus miles. Having a hard time getting the front axle out to replace the hub seal assembly. Looking for suggestions.

I don't know much about Fords. In fact I don't know much of anything really. Is there possibly a retainer on the end of the shaft?? Try Youtube! Anyway, welcome aboard and good luck. I am sure someone will chime in.

Welcome from the Mitten, what part of it are you having trouble with? Getting the wheel bearing out, the axle shaft out of the spindle after the bearing is out?
