In the shape its in? I'd start out at $40-$50 and work my way up.... It definitely needs work so....Maybe even less!!!! (I'm unaware of how "solid" it might be!)

Oh for sure! I'm not sure he(my buddy) would buy something that didn't need some work. What he pays for it......that's on him, he's not naive in any way lol .
