Calipers

I have a 1980 Crew Cab, the tag on the door says the front axle GAWR is 3,880 #,
call the parts store looking for calipers and they have options for:

3,500 # or 4,500 # front axle. I guess I would use the calipers for a 3,500 # axle?

The calipers should be visibly different. Take a look at yours and go to the parts store to see theirs.
