The charcoal had mesquite in it, but next time I get some chunks to throw on for more smoke.

Mesquite chips and keep the charcoal piled up on one side with the brisket on the other side...no big deal...ten hours at 225 degrees

Made my death by chicken again yesterday

:ranger: Made my chicken roll ups again yesterday...wife and I had the whole weekend alone with both daughters gone...this time I made three of them...I did remove the skin from the sausage but did not quarter it...I also chopped up some sweat onions and added them in there....

Memorial Day brisket

Did my brisket again and boy oh boy was it good...

Man that looks good Eric! We BBQ'd hamburgers and hot dogs yesterday, with home made potato salad. Nothing special but tasty.
