3 speed transmission problems

I have a 74 D100 3 speed trans with column shifter, Needs bushing for the top shifting linkage at steering column anybody know where I CAN FIND THEM?

Check out the body mounts, if the cab is sagging on the crossmember it will mess up shift linkage.
