Yes. Everything connected and under the hood I am getting battery voltage before and after the fuesable link key on or off. Under the dash I get battery voltage until I turn the key on not started. Voltage drops to 4 volts and less.

Other than turning the ignition switch on and off I have not. Watched a few videos on YouTube about replacing all the power circuits to get rid of the fuesable links. I think that might be a quick repair versus driving myself crazy just looking for the issue.

I have not checked that area yet. Just can't understand how power can change from one side of the bulkhead to the other on at least three different wires.

Aldata doesn't cover it very well either. Why would it need to cycle the system when turned off? Going to rebuild the system after I swap in the 360. Might find something then. My 87 didn't do this.

Probably swapping the 318 for a 360 soon. I will make new ground cables during the installation.

When the AC is on it works correctly. Site glass is clear with the system turned on. What I really don't understand is it cycles when I turn it off.

I have done that. If the AC is on it works properly. If I unplug that pressure switch with the AC on it starts to cycle. I don't know what I am overlooking.

All fuses are good and everything else is working properly.

That's what I was thinking myself. I can't figure out what is sending a ground signal to that relay by the left hood hinge. I have even put a new climate control switch in the dash.
