Much appreciated. I was just wondering if I need any other parts because of the full-time 4wd system in these trucks in the late 70's. Thought maybe I might need to swap part of the hubs/knuckles/bearings for an earlier/later part-time system component. Any help much appreciated.

Thanks! That's what it looked like as I was trawling through websites of various wreckers. I even tried finding local alternatives, most Chrysler Valianta in Oz got the 904, but some got the small block 727. From what I could see, they were all cast into the column surround as well.

Ok. Now that makes sense. I'm building a 499 based on a 400 B block. My truck is a 78 W200, P/S, P/discs up front. So far I can only find headers for 61-71 trucks with the 1 7/8 size, not sure if they'll fit my truck

Spewing. Im looking for something a little larger to go on a 499ci stroker. Largest I can find is 1 3/4. Ideally I'd like them to have 1 7/8 primaries. Any others hanging up on that wall of yours?
