If it were old school I would be looking for a vacuum leak. This new stuff its a process of elimination. Everything is controlled electronically somehow.

See if u tube has a relay replacement video. I found one that covers ford. Otherwise it a fuse panel replacement. There are actually companies that rebuild these if you don't want to tackle it.

I have had that on the back of my old D350, but its pretty heavy duty. Road like a big luxury cruiser. But it takes 2000 lbs to get any ride quality.

Try Passion Transmission or Dr Diff. I was getting them from NAPA but that was years ago.

I hope only to see white stuff on the mountain tops again this year. Tractor is already for snow duty with the blade and one with a bucket and chains. But I won't be using either. Maybe next year I will sit in the cold and snow. But that's a whole year away.
