It is starting

Damn rain keeps falling, we have had a lot this year, and there appears to be no letting up. But it was dry when this showed up.

More rain, hopefully just a quick shower (or downpour) and back to partly/mostly cloudy skies.

80's today and humid. We had a softball game tonight and it was still humid, at least it didn't rain. At times it looked like it could though

Yesterday it rained most of the day, really hard at times. I don't know for sure the totals, but it was forecasted 4-6" of rain. Some areas had flash flooding. Today was sunny and high 70's

Saturday was hot and humid. I got the church mowed and then I went to turn the rotors on my wife's new to her ride. Turned the front's, lubed the caliper slides, took the rears apart and the pads fell apart. Turned the rotors, replaced the pads and lubed the caliper slides. Took it home and cleaned out the interior.

Today I washed and waxed it. A little cooler out, but still hot. Not quite as humid

All shined up

We got a good deal on it because it needed the engine repair that I did

Mid 80's and humid. I haven't done much, relay during my birthday weekend. A weak excuse, but I'm going with it!

A beautiful day, I. The upper 70's, way less humidity than the last weeks have offered. I'm moving on to the second push mower this season. Was my dad's, he gave it to my sister, she got an electric mower, so I have this used one. Another Toro, might have the same engine on the POS I bought off FB. Hope this one works, and that I can get that carb sorted in the rider. Tall grass sucks. I did get a replacement head for my trimmer, so maybe this jungle can finally be tamed.

Well, mower #2 was just as big a POS as the first one. Went and bought a Toro Personal Pace mower, that did okay in the short stuff, but being it's a recycler, with no straight discharge chute, it bogged down in the thicker stuff. Only two and a half hours into it, a neighbor came over with his zero turn and knocked the second half out. He wouldn't take any form of payment, said he was happy to help and knew I was in for a long stretch with the tall grass I had left. Should be good to go on a weekly basis now, on my own. Gonna get the rider squared away and then see the new mower for the trees and close to the house and garage.

In the 70's today and the humidity is down. I need to mow my grass. I had too much going and now it is getting long

We had rain daily until yesterday. Using the new Toro mower sucks with this thick, heavy grass. I need to find a chute to let some of it out from under the deck. It's decent outside in the low 80's, but it's been two hours and I still have another half of my yard to mow. Not walking near as fast as I was hoping.

Here's the view from about 80' up at my work. Got to climb a fermenter to lock out a couple of pipes, then back up again to unlock them the next day.

This was the first thing I did that day.

In the afternoon the next day.

It will be in the low 80's all weekend, plenty of things to get done.

Like an idiot I waited until it was the hottest part of the day to start the second half of the yard. I did scrape out a ton of grass clippings from the deck, that made it easier to keep moving. I have some serious thick, deep parts of the yard. But it's done. Think I might have snapped a cable, I had to manually move something to get it to fire back up after a branch caused it to die. It's fresh under warranty, so I'll see what they say after I look at it. They sure don't make things like they used to.

It's been hot lately, 80's and humid. It is forecasted to be in the 70's later this week. I need to get my deck finished so I hope it won't rain Saturday

I could live with 80"s. Been in the mid to upper 90's here lately. Now I get a break for the heat for a few days.

It rained most of the day, cooler in the morning, and quit raining early afternoon, then the sun came out. It got into the 70's

It's been in the 70's all week and it's been great, low humidity, sunny, just beautiful. 70's tomorrow, sunny in the morning and partly cloudy in the afternoon. I am trying to get caught up on some house work, working on getting my deck coated with deck restore paint.

In the 70's with low humidity here too. So I broke out the mower and mowed the yard. Git half done yesterday, the other half today. Had to scrape the deck twice with all the build up from the never ending growth. Now that's all done, I get to build a crate to ship some parts out to California. Shipping rates are crazy, right now it's $600 for the best offer if got so far. At least I'm not paying for it, the buyer is.

The Ford finally threw an error code. Now to get the can to read it. Not sure what happened to the test port. Get power through the port. But not connecting to the computer.
I have tried the can on another vehicle with known codes and its not the can.

Going to try it again today and if it doesn't work it off to the Ford manual.

Wednesday, and Thursday were beautiful, sunny and 70's. Friday, Saturday and today, rain on and off. Thunderstorms at times. I need a warm, sunny day next Saturday so I can get a second coat on my deck. Since it was raining Saturday I did get some much need work done on the Colorado. Oil change was due and the front brake warning tab just started scraping. I just put pads on and got the caliper pins free in the caliper mount brackets for now. I will pull the wheel bearings and rotors at a later date to turn them, I didn't have speed sensors, just in case they break when the wheel bearing comes out. The rotor is captured by the wheel bearing.
