Parts Geek - good or bad?

The company Parts Geek keeps showing up as I look for parts on line but I'm not sure what kinda service they have. I see a fair number of reviews that are not good for them at all, but they sell a lot of stuff too. SO my question for all of you out there is this... Do you recommend them or not and why? Thanks.

I have bought from them a few times over the year. Mainly small sfuff. So far no problem.
