Opinions on using Power battery.

I bought a new AGM battery for my truck. I heard that using power battery can help increase the life of the battery for up to 4 years. Has anyone tried it? I would Like to know how power batt works. I read that it modifies the lead structure in the battery. Does it affect the battery performance in any way? Do you think it is worth? I need your opinions.
FYI : My truck is Ford F250 SD.
