Meyer plow mount ?

I have an 86 k30 I am wanting to put a plow on. I found a nice Meyer set up off a 90 F350. Mount is part.number 17092 and it shows I need a 17091. Is there that much difference in the mounts? I am fully capable of doing some modifications if needed. Or, if anyone near Kansas has a plow for a squarebody Chevy lmk. Thanks.

When I put my Meyers on my 98 2500, I cut up my original mount and built it to fit the truck. I will have to do the same to put it on my 02 2500

I didn't know Kansas got enough snow for anyone to even have a snow plow out there
