Looking for canopy that will fit my 76 D100

I have a 1976 Dodge D100 short bed stepside pickup.

What brand and model of canopies will mount on this bed with a lumber rack? How does a canopy even attach to a stepside bed?

Yes, canopy. AKA, shell, camper shell, topper, etc... depending on your local dialect. Hard aluminum or fiberglass structure that creates a watertight enclosure above the bed of your truck that attaches to the rails of the bed by means of clamps or bolts. I am attaching a picture of an exemplar.
