Dodge D150 hub conversion

I have a 1983 D150 short box that I am installing a Franklin quick change into. It has the 5x5 bolt pattern and I would like to find hub/rotors with the same bolt pattern. I can find hubs to fit Chevrolet but nothing for Dodge. Is it possible to convert to Chevrolet spindles? Or is there someone who has racing style hubs for Dodge?

83 would be 5 on 4-1/2 still. 85 went to 5 on 5-1/2. Ford and AMC used both of these bolt patterns

The hubs could always be drilled.
