99 silverado 1500

So i have no high beams , fuses good and have power , relay is good , pull to flash with blinker switch works every other pull , in other words , I pull back once lights come on with low beams , let off pull back again nothing which would be high beams , have power at light bulb plug , I can get high beams to come on if I jump ground from light to a good ground but then they stay on even when switched to low beams. I hear there's a un serviceable relay built into fuse box for high beams , seems like everything else checks out. Is there a way to bypass that relay to see if it's the prob. Also the bright indicator in dash dosent work either unless jump the ground at bulb. Any suggestions be appreciated

See if u tube has a relay replacement video. I found one that covers ford. Otherwise it a fuse panel replacement. There are actually companies that rebuild these if you don't want to tackle it.

It could be a bad ground cab to frame to engine all need grounded
