Any inexpensive ways to swap to rear disk brake on my 90 2wd 3/4? Any help is appreciated

Newer model 8 lug GM front or rear rotors & weld on or clamp over brackets maybe? I've done low budget rear discs on 5 lugs a bunch but not 8
 
The thought crossed my mind about a newer dodge 2500 rear end, but I'm not sure if I would have to swap drivelines or dl parts or not.
