84 2wd rear axle width

My truck is in storage so I can't measure it . Does anyone know the stock 9, 1/4 rear axle width ?? Backing plate flange to flange ?? I picked up a disk brake diff from a 2013 sport and was wondering if is the right width? I got 62- 7/8 inches from backing plate flange to flange on this 2013 diff

56 inches from inside backing plate to backing plate stock 9-1/4 housing. Finally had enough daylight to go measure one.
