1979 D-150 Fleetside Tailgate Aftermarket

i'm looking for a "new" tailgate for my 79 Adventurer. I saw that Jim's Auto Parts has them on their website. I tried calling them with no success on getting through. Also, postings on other sites was not positive for them anyway.

Anybody know who makes them? No luck with AMD or Sherman. Affordable used?

I'm sure someone has aftermarket but with my experience with fenders and doors that do not fit I don't want any more of these.i have some tailgates that were removed to install campers but new? I don't have new

Good used is most acceptable, too.... but what I have seen, good used has been higher than new.

There is a reason for that. Put them both together then put the"new" on your truck. It's very obvious.
