1966 Dodge A100 Steering Wheel Replacement

What year applications apply to swap out the original steering wheel to a More modern look. What would all be needed to put a tuff wheel or other Grant unit on the truck.

The right adapter and horn ring. The shaft splines were all the same into the 80's but the horn ring and adapter changed.
