Does anyone have a clue why the brake light in the dash is always on in every 80’s truck and Ramcharger? Is there something I’m missing? Yes, the brakes are fine.

Are the transmissions out of a Ramcharger shorter than a regular long bed 4x4 transmissions?

I’m sure nothing much is good from the old unit. Dash, ductwork, and heater core is probably about all that’s going to be used.

I know the 440 (RB) will definitely need the brake booster relocation kit if it was a small block truck, but was not sure if the 383 (B) would be able to clear. I was probably going with a 2” body lift to clear 33” anyway, so this would help also.

I have been researching an fitech throttle body. The video I watched on their website shows them setting up a unit on a 400 in a Charger. I saw that one of the things you can adjust is the amount of ethanol in the gas. Other forums just say to increase your displacement by 30% to 40%.
