Any body have any suggestions on where to buy front wheel bearings for '79 w150? Everywhere I've tried is in the $100 a side range....is that normal?

Yes, I believe it's a rear sump....

Is it possible to take the oil pan off a small block with the engine still in the truck? I had a look at mine and I could drop the pan straight down about 4 inches....would that be enough to be able to take the pan off?
