Have a 99 Ram. Looking for the volume control switch on the right hand side of the steering wheel (behind). Looks like the picture and discontinued, go figure. Thanks
Looking for a radio switch for my 1999 Dodge Ram. I'm not sure what all years it was used but there are many. This controls the radio from the steering wheel. It is behind the steering wheel on the right side. Attached is picture
Looks like the one above. The difference is probably the plastic behind it, that is what broke on mine and fell out of wheel/column. Original P/N 4685619AB
I saw some and when I inquired about them, was told they are different. I dont know. I saw some for Durangos and the like. The plastic broke on mine that retains it in the column
I have a '99 Ram SLT. It has the radio volume control on the right side of the column, behind the wheel. Radio station changer is on the left. I'm looking for the volume control, on the right. Hopefully, someone has one or even a part number. Thanks!
Got the front bumper and trim on. They sent me the wrong grill so I have to exchange it. Also, the top "cap" on top of the bumper is for a newer Ram:arghh:. Positive side is it went right on if you removed 2 plastic "snaps" by melting the rivets off. Otherwise, it went right on
When I initially installed the driving lights about 8 years ago, I painted the "buckets" where the lights go and the big rap-around black because those weren't black but everything else was. Bottom line is the paint held up for all of these years
I got both the front and rear bumpers back on. The rear bumper was harder than the front with the nut being rusty. Front bumper had 6 (?) nuts and bolts that held the bumper on. I just had to disconnect the fog/driving lights in the front. For added measure, I disconnected the battery as...
Going to tackle the front. Has anyone changed the front? The air bag sensor is somehow connected to the front and I know need to disconnect the battery. Anyone know where the sensor is located? Is there one or two? I have a manual but for the life of me, I cannot find it :banghead:
Sorry, no pictures. It's nothing fancy per say but I bought it in '01 with 25,000 on it and now I just turned over 92,000. I don't drive it everyday, I take care of it, but it sure comes in handy when I need it. It sure beats a truck payment
I didn't use the bedliner stuff. I put a rust proof stuff on, let it turn black, then painted it. This was the inner frame structure of the rear bumper
Motor of my RR attached. I'm currently replacing the front, rear bumpers as well as the plastic aesthetics that goes with it. What a PAIN to get the rusty bolts off.
