Thanks, I replaced both calipers and still had the brake lock. It's possible that the left could be the reason for not functioning. Like I said after pinching off the right brake line the left locked up but much less than the right.
It does and replaced the lines due to rust at the distribution block on the frame with factory parts.
Only one line feeds the rear brakes. After the new lines, we drove almost three K miles pulling a trailer without incident.
As an experiment, I pinched off the affected right brake line with a...
I was driving I75 at seventy took my exit and upon breaking the right rear brake locked up, she veered wildly off the road. I struck a post and destroyed the left quarter of the bed. No injury no other damage.
Before this accident, I replaced the three lines off the brake skid control...
Same thing with a forty five MPH panic stop. The trucks front end swings to the right that tells me the right rear is locking up. If it was a front brake I would feel it in steering wheel?

Thanks
Three years ago all the steel lines and rear flex hoses. This spring after the first event I replace both calipers but the brakes still lock up.
Thanks

I'm a member of the B-body forum, and since it's down for the evening it sounded like a good idea to spend some time here. I have a 2001 2500 Dodge four-door with an eight-foot bed. I'll post my questions in another spot.
Thanks
