Thanks again for the info. The fluid, bolts and the data on the axle housing and vacuum line and sending unit all make sense and while I dont have that CAD axle, I can tell you that putting the wire on the sending unit BEFORE installing the T/C would have been a good idea! lol I'm prepping for...

I did get a box of used parts w/truck when I bought it including a heater blower and a reistat that when hooked up is stuck on low fan speed? If the old fan needs more persuasion again I'll swap it out. We will see maybe tomorrow if I get snow here!? Previous owner knew something was wrong.
